Returns & Exchanges

At Echo Water, we want you to feel as fluid and confident in our pieces as the element that inspires us. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original Echo Water mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
